DJ FORMAT License is for the dubbing of sound recordings onto secure digital systems owned by the Licensee who conducts business as a mobile Disc Jockey (DJ) and specifically does not authorize the making of and/or distribution of any sound recording dubbed onto a digital storage device, recordable compact discs (CD-R’s), and/or recordable digital versatile discs (DVD-R’s) for purpose of dealing therein. Dealing meaning the unauthorised making of, sale, giving, offer, distribute, marketing, advertising of copies of sound recordings or any other act whereby the owner of the copyright is prejudicially affected.
INSTRUCTOR MUSIC CONTENT (Dance & Fitness Class Instructors) License for the reproduction of sound recordings for use exclusively by Dance and/or Fitness and/or Spinning Class instructors for the supply of services to Fitness Centres and Health Clubs, and specifically exclude the dubbing of sound recordings onto recordable compact discs (CD-R’s) and/or recordable digital versatile discs (DVD-R’s) as distribution format or for purpose of dealing therein.
BACKGROUND MUSIC SYSTEMS ( PROPRIETARY SYSTEMS) license for the reproduction of sound recordings onto proprietary systems developed by or owned or controlled by the applicant for supply to customers who own commercial premises such as restaurants, cafes, gyms, fitness centres, retail stores, etc., and specifically exclude the dubbing of sound recordings onto recordable compact discs (CD-R’s) and/or recordable digital versatile discs (DVD-R’s) as distribution format or for purpose of dealing therein.
BACKGROUND MUSIC CONTENT 1: License is exclusively for the reproduction of sound recordings onto end-user owned systems in the form of encrypted digital files or other secure devices supplied by a customer who own/operate commercial premises such as stores, restaurants/cafes, gyms, fitness centres or retail stores, etc., but not jukeboxes or proprietary systems and specifically excludes the dubbing of sound recordings onto recordable compact discs (CD-R’s) and/or recordable digital versatile discs (DVD-R’s) as distribution format or for purpose of dealing therein.
BACKGROUND MUSIC CONTENT 2: License is exclusively for the public performance of music videos and/or the soundtrack associated thereto by an end-user and specifically does not include the dubbing/copying of music videos to jukeboxes, proprietary systems, recordable compact discs (CD-R’s) and/or recordable digital versatile discs (DVD-R’s) or for purpose of dealing therein.
BACKGROUND MUSIC CONTENT: License for the reproduction of sound recordings onto Licensee owned systems in the form of encrypted digital files or other secure devices owned by a Licensee who own/operate commercial premises such as stores, restaurants/cafes, gyms, fitness centres or retail stores, etc., but not jukeboxes nor proprietary systems, and specifically excludes the dubbing of sound recordings onto recordable compact discs (CD-R’s) and/or recordable digital versatile discs (DVD-R’s) as distribution format or for purpose of dealing therein.
BACKGROUND MUSIC CONTENT License (Other User) for the reproduction of sound recordings in a business environment other than what is already specified, and specifically excludes the dubbing of sound recordings onto recordable compact discs (CD-R’s) and/or recordable digital versatile discs (DVD-R’s) or other carrier media as distribution format or for purpose of dealing therein.
BACKGROUND MUSIC CONTENT LICENCE (AUDIO ONLY JUKEBOX) for the reproduction of sound recordings for the leasing/supply of encrypted music systems such as hard drives for use in RiSA AVL compliant digital jukeboxes supplied to commercial users such as pubs, clubs, dance parties (including private dance parties).
MUSIC ON HOLD SYSTEMS License for the reproduction of sound recordings to be used as part of a telecommunication system for a “music on hold” telephone service and specifically excludes the dubbing of sound recordings onto recordable compact discs (CD-R’s) and/or recordable digital versatile discs (DVD-R’s) as distribution format or for purpose of dealing therein.
IN-FLIGHT PROGRAMMING CONTENT License for the reproduction of sound recordings only for audio-programs compiled as part of an in-flight entertainment service, and specifically excludes the dubbing of sound recordings onto recordable compact discs (CD-R’s) and/or recordable digital versatile discs (DVD-R’s) as distribution format or for purpose of dealing therein.
INSTRUCTORS CONTENT License for the reproduction of sound recordings for dance instructors and dance teachers, including line dance instructors for teaching purposes, and specifically excludes the dubbing of sound recordings onto recordable compact discs (CD-R’s) and/or recordable digital versatile discs (DVD-R’s) as distribution format or for purpose of dealing therein.
